Arran Quaker Meeting
Due to Covid-19, Meetings for Worship in Scotland are being held online, in person or "blended", and arrangements may have to change quickly. You may want to contact the meeting to check the arrangements if you are visiting.
Meeting for Worship
Arran Friends hold Meeting for Worship every Sunday at 11am at the Heather Cottage Holistic Centre, Brodick. It is situated on the opposite side of the main road when you leave the Ferry Terminal, just to the left of the Douglas Hotel.
Arran is the largest island in the Firth of Clyde. The ferry (an hour's crossing) sails from Ardrossan on the Ayshire coast into Brodick Bay, below the mountain called Goatfell.
There are a number of Quakers scattered around Arran at present. In 2004 Arran meeting became a worshiping group rather than a nominated meeting.
